Yeah you can't really do much with Obi Wan unless you want to change canon. We know how his story ends, so you could maybe do some cool adventure stories but that's it really. Even then he's supposed to be this hermit character who doesn't go out much by New Hope.
Only got 1 season and it was brought down by reva lol
