I like how he and other black filmmaker's are now attempting to make content that normalizes black people outside of the sterotypes that we are forced to work within. We can be from the culture and that just be a part of who we are and not the entirety of who we are. Outside of the ill concept of the trailer, and the movie as a whole. That part right there is the part I respect the most about him.
