Young Thug, Gunna & YSL Members Arrested on RICO Charges

whoever he is talking to was telling him the beef between Drake and Metro was because Metro had a song with Thug that didnt have Drake on it and Drake heard it and added his part and changed up parts of the song and wanted to keep the song for his album tha was dropping and thats when Metros mom had got killed and Drake was pressing Metro to clear it before the album dropped that Friday and Metro didnt clear it and apparently didnt lik what Drake did to the record with the changes and said he was dealing with his mom's death and wasnt in the right space right now to work and apparently that's when Drake felt some way....

Thug basically said Metro or anybody who lost their mom had every reason to say not right now because of grieving and Drake should of understood or been more sensitive to what was going on and should of tried to go see Metro in Atlanta and just make sure he was good first before even talking business in general but never did and feels nobody ever tells Drake no so when somebody does there is probably a stand up reason and losing your mother definitely is.
Preciate this

Yeah brah that's beyond fucked up

metro cleared every track besides the one with Drake even with his mother grieving.

He just don’t want Drake on the album and that’s cool. Just say that.

I think you're massively misunderstanding what occurred and the timeline of everything.

Drake wanted the song Trance for Honestly, Nevemind and wanted it reworked slightly to fit a more dance vibe. Metro didn't like the changes, the timing wasn't right, he still wanted to keep it for his own project, and he didn't approve it.

His mom died June 3, 2022. Honestly, Nevermind dropped June 17, 2022. The TL talk is 3 weeks because that's what Thug misstated (which is still terrible) but it was actually two weeks.

That window was way too tight handling someone whose mother was tragically murdered. By the time Heroes and Villains dropped later that year the relationship was already strained from the initial communications about the song.

I’m just going by common sense.

"this a call from correctional facility/state prison, your call is being recorded"...... do these niggas not think or know that saying isn't a joke?
Speaking of calls being recorded.
You ever had to pay a bill or talk to some sort of operator, she end up sounding sexy, you flirt a little, remember about the call being recorded, say fuck it and go for the digits anyway?

I wonder where all them recordings go 🤔

Yea but he's not talking about criminal shit so releasing these calls is just to tarnish his name with his music peers

You said Metro cleared every song besides the one with Drake. I'm saying that analysis is off base.

1.) Drake wanted to take a song that Metro created for his own album that initially had nothing to do with Drake

2.) So Drake then hits Metro up multiple times within the first two weeks after his mother was murdered asking if he can take the song for his own album that's releasing in a few days. Metro basically declines and expresses he's not in the right space to focus on clearing the track.

3.) Drake takes the song anyway and reworks the production to be more of a house adjacent record (which also would give away some of Metro's potential points) and sends it to Metro hoping that hearing it would make him change his mind. Metro doesn't appreciate the changes nor the audacity of it and tells Drake he feels the song is finished as it is and won't be approving it.

Everything else after that is still unknown to us publicly. You said Metro just didn't want Drake on the album and I'm saying it wasn't a matter of Drake being on the album. The issue was Drake wanting to take the song for his album and being persistent about it at the time of his mother's death. By the time Metro's album dropped in December the problem already existed going back to June of that year.

Bruh he's locked up he shouldn't be saying shit but how's my kids doing and the fam. Talking about other rap stars and keekeeing about them is hoe shit.

On that phone you talk about family, your woman and kids. Especially when they give you warning that their listening and recording.

You're right tho this is to tarnish his name but they are police that's their job
