Said the company was having a party, and he hired one of those high end escorts, the kinds that speak multiple languages n shit. Claims getting escorts like that gives you access to their exclusive clients so you can network and move up. Said everyone at the party was looking at them and how she was working the room being super sociable n shit, even tho like no one knew him since he was just some guy in sales. He then goes to the bathroom and a higher up comes in (i think he said VP, i forget) and goes, "So you got (says her name), uh huh".

Then after that, that VP started giving him opportunities and he got promotions n shit. Claims the reason that happened was because when that VP saw some guy he didnt know from sales was willing to pay $1,500 an hour for a high end escort, at his level, he knew he had to watch him.

For the life of me, idk if this story is horse shit or a new point of view on something.

My late older brother dated and made of a fairly older socially upward mobile woman his babymomma when he was 17. People on the streets who looked down at him started to treat him differently since then and more opportunities opened to him.

Fake friends, people I knew since secondary school, acquaintances and folks on the streets all alike were calling me all names behind my back and tried to gaslight me into thinking I'm unattractive and all shit, so they would get the satisfaction to break my pride and wavering self-esteem.

The day a part-time model started to hook up more frequently with me and that their own girlfriends started to hit on me, people on the streets started talking to me differently, then most of the fake friends to act more incisive and cunning toward me and my dating frequentations.

I believe him. But I can tell he's not telling the full story: again, I'm making far less money than this man. People did tried to act full Ali Larter on his ass, trust me.
