But he wasn't the only one in the car. And it's been verified that niggas switched seats at some point in the evening. So even if they know the seat the shooter was sitting in, there really isn't a way to verify who was sitting in that seat. That's more than enough reasonable doubt.

Gotta disagree. Iirc the only theory about seats being switched was with the defense's witness Adrian Davis and Traveon Glass. Glass was in the other car(red mitsubishi) and said he didn't recall Melly getting in their car, but he was sleep, and Davis said that Melly did switch to their car(red mitubishi) thus contradicting each other's stories even though both were in that same car.

Then you have the video of Melly getting into the seat where the bullets came from, his phone tracking with Sakchaser's phone at the time of the murders, all the cell tower tracking, the angle of the blood splatter blowback on Cortlen being one that wouldn't allow him to be the one to have shot them...it only leaves one possibility.

What got the mistrial is no murder weapon, little dna, and no witnesses.
