It's amazing how the brain works when it comes to taste. I wanted a russet potatoe. That is what I was in the mood for. What i actually bought was a white sweet potato. When I ate it, I was almost disgusted. I like sweet potatoes but since my mind thought it was gonna be a russet flavor, I was thrown off. Still ate it though.
