That's because people actually came forward and told the police. Not to mention there were cameras all over. It was done right outside the dealership and there were like 20-30 people around who all gave testimonies to the police.

If more people cooperated with police when crimes like that happened, more of these unsolved rapper shootings would get wrapped up quick and solved. But again, "no snitching" so why bother. Most of these police precincts are largely unfunded in addition, also corruption and racism is an issue to deal with too.

Most of these rappers are heavy on social media, so more of these crimes are gonna get solved because detectives are heavy on social media and are all one clue away from breaking their careers and becoming a lieutenant or DA or higher.

Also if social media was around back when and Pac were killed, there may of been an arrest or we may of known who the killers were or who were involved around the time of the shootings...
