WWE Wrestlepalooza (9/20/25)

Added to Calendar: 09-20-25

The Cena fairwell tour is going bad enough that maybe they will extend it somehow. I'm not sure how it can be redeemed with the original time frame.

I also hope Goldberg does one more match, but in TNA or AEW. It doesn't feel right for true wCw guys to get their send off in the rival company. I didn't mind Flair continuing after his HBK match for a similar reason, since they aren't Flair's home promotion.

Outside of Chicago, NY and a very few others, American crowds are always dead

But they marketed this shit heavily. This is WWE coming to ESPN and being as mainstream as they can be. The botched launch with the confusion around paying for and watching the service, followed up by a meh card and a dead crowd? That's a lot of bullshit, and it's hard to see who the audience is for this show. Casuals will think it's underwhelmin,g and the die hards are gonna bitch and complain like we are doing now lolololololololololol

I said it that Cena should have his last match at Mania. This run ending in December after they way it’s been handled feels like it’s gonna be anticlimactic as fuck.

That can only make one more sleepy.

I hope it’s not Randy, but I can see HHH doing that shit.

I mean, the crowds are always dead lol I think American crowds are just spoiled as fuck plus they been trained to only care about the stars, moments and “aura.”

It’s less to do with the espn partnership and more to do with these crowds not caring a whole lot for the in-ring stuff
