People figured out a way to make it easier/faster to grind for the currency needed to advance the battle pass and the devs already patched it smh


The shit they were doing is super anti-consumer and I’m glad they are being called out

Who knows what take two is gonna make rockstar games do to exhibit similar forms of greed

You know what in the long run the shit that 2k is doing w/WWE 2K26 is going to backfire on them in the long term. Being that when it's time for 2K27 to release folks probably will wait until it goes on sale or won't fuck with it all.

The battlepass bs they pulled this year is a downright scam. Got ppl paying $100 - 150 for Premium Editions that supposed to automatically be included with a season pass to unlock all DLC but got folks grinding to unlock ppl that's been in the game for years.

2K needs to change this strategy quick because a lot of folks been shittin on them behind the Battlepass bullshit.
 
If anyone wanting to cop now or waiting for a price drop get the standard edition.

I also noticed that as of right now the separate DLC packs are like:

$20 - Attitude Era
$15 - Monday Night War
$10 - King of Kings

What I did find strange is that they had another Monday Night War pack for $80??? I think that's like all the WCW content in 2K26... Idk...

Edit: The $80 pack is for all the DLC in the Monday Night War & Attitude Era Editions.

I'll put it like this... The juice ain't worth the squeeze. I bit the bullet and copped the standard edition for basically $10 (I already had $60+ in PSN credit). I got to stop buying PS cards and letting them just sit around for months.

Again, the juice ain't worth the squeeze and they could have really kept showcase this year... I haven't gotten around to trying out Universe or GM mode yet. Oh and fuck a battlepass and the overpriced premium editions.

This the one I been waiting on since it got Royce Keys and some more ppl in it. Second one was ass. I wanted the updated model for OBA since they had it in there and upgraded him from his NXT model but it was nothing else in the pass that made it worth it
