No, I know my family to well. At work, what usually keeps things professional is that you never really know an individual. So they might say or do something that they think is spiteful or vengeful but alot of times it will go over your head. So it allows alot of people to slow release stress and things might her tense but its always a I'm not sure situation. Just enough gray area where folk dont get snuff.
