Better question is would you give your blessing for your spouse to move on if you became handicapped and couldn’t provide for them or please them anymore.

I mean if my wife wasn't happy anymore, I guess so. I'm not about to be a burden for anyone. I kinda feel like that's some young people or early marriage type shit though. Once you hit a certain age and got many years invested into a marriage, I don't think an injury would make you want to leave that person.

Now if you couldn't get your rocks off, you might look for other options in that regard, but outright leave your spouse behind? I don't know. That seems foul.
