They've been around for yeeears. I think I mentioned it back on the IC, but at one point I was looking at what it would take to start importing these to the US from China

There's a couple of other models I can't find right now, but these things have been around for a good long while. Full-blown GSM phones with cameras, wifi, memory card slot, the whole nine.
