That sounds great. Do that 2-3x/week minimum and you will be good to go. Yeah 15 minutes strength training on top of the cardio is good. The strength training is what's going to get your body firmness and definition.

I definitely fell off with my workouts so I’m bummed about that, lots of toning to do but it’s ok. I’ll measure myself and see what the next 6-7 weeks look like after all the hard work. Fitness challenge starts on the 11th.
 
Anyone know where I can get pretty good hand dumb bells from? I know people say Amazon but I need a seller or place where someone actually purchased from and can say they’re worth buying.

Overhead slams while in squat position
Jump slams
Side to side Sledgehammer throws

Those are great for core workouts. When body weight stuff ain't enough for sit ups and such just do what u regularly do for core work while holding the ball. Sit ups, russian twists, leg raises, etc.
 
Started doing 10 min of yoga (nh) daily cause I’m not flexible AT ALL and I think it’s part of why my lower back be hurting
 
I kinda ½ tried to get into DDP yoga a few months ago.

There wasnt many Youtube links from what i could find.

@Rubato are u using youtube? Any links to share?

Do you like preacher curls? It’s just a way to do them at home where you might not have the equipment for it. No gimmick.
