Well I know a chick that got her eyebrows tatted. So this ain't to far fetched.

I did the semi-permanent eyebrow tattoo aka micro blading. Caught ole girl on a sale for like $175 and it hurt like hell LOL She numbed the area but I still felt the needles. It was worth it to me, I didn’t go back for the fill-in but my eyebrows still cute 2 years later:really?:
