It's not bullying her for her weight. It's for her behavior. The lawsuit and putting out a video trying put the driver on blast is why she's catching shit.

Im talking more about in general.

Most of the time women across the internet seems to bypass reality in form of compliments when it shouldn’t be encouraged.

With her folks are just letting the jokes fly though
 
She's getting jokes cuz it's clear she's trolling.

I think that's the big difference. If this story didn't happen, and she was only known for her music...I can see women defending her size. So I get your point. I just haven't seen anyone defending this particular chick off of this story.
