No they haven’t. Fat people haven’t been suing airlines for being denied service for years. They’ve been suing airlines for having to pay extra for an extra seat. Two very different things.

This isn’t even really a hard case. It’s pretty clearly discrimination. We can think it’s bullshit and that she shouldn’t win. But that doesn’t really matter.
