I don't know. It's a civil case. If the hotel kept a record of the complain, like they should have, the dude kept the correspondence from when he was fired, and he has the note he felt was inappropriate, he might have a little case. This is a civil case, so it doesn't have to be beyond a reasonable doubt. He doesn't really have to prove it was Will. It seems like he's suing the company for firing him.
