Welcome to the second installment of this series!! Today we will look at the career of The Boss, Sasha Banks. It's BOSS TIME!
Sasha has had quite the career in WWE. She and Bayley had probably the most intense female in rivalry in NXT history and has been through quite the creative on the main roster. How was she done? Let's tale a look and you decide how her career in WWE has been.
NXT highlights:
- Debuts on NXT in December 2012, losing to Paige
- Wins her first televised match in January 2013, beating Alicia Fox
- Loses to Summer Rae in the first round of the inaugural NXT Women's Championship Tournament in June
- Loses to Paige (then women's champion) again in September, attacks her after the match and turns heel
- Defeats Bayley 2 weeks later, proclaims herself as "The Boss" and aligns with Rae to become the BFFs (Beautiful Fierce Females)
- The duo defeats Bayley and Charlotte Flair in November; after the match, Flair turns on Bayley and joins the BFFs
- In January 2014, Rae joins the main roster and Flair and Banks stay as BFFs

- Lost the rematch to Bayley at Takeover: Respect in WWEs first ever 30 minute women's iron man match, losing 3-2. Also was her last match in NXT

- Made her debut, along with Flair and Lynch, on Raw in July 2015 as Stephanie McMahon declared a "revolution" in WWE with the Divas division. Aligned with Naomi and Tamina, forming Team B.A.D. (Beautiful And Dangerous)
- Made PPV Debut at Battleground in a triple threat match vs Flair and Brie Bella, in which Flair won
- At the Royal Rumble in 2016, attacked Flair and Lynch after their Divas title match. Was attacked by B.A.D. in February on Raw, dissolving the group and making her a face
- Teamed with Lynch to beat Naomi and Tamina at Fastlane
- Faced Lynch on Raw in March to determine the #1 contender for Flair's Divas title. Both women's shoulders were pinned in the match so there was a rematch and Flair attacked both women, which resulted in a triple threat match for the newly introduced Women's Championship at Wrestlemania 32, where Flair retained
- Was drafted to Raw in July and had a long feud with Flair for the rest of the year which resulted in the following Raw Womens title changes: Won the title in the same month, lost it to Flair at Summerslam in August, won it back from Flair in October on Raw, lost it to Flair again at the HIAC PPV later that month, won it back again from Flair on Raw in November and finally lost it to Flair to end the year, at the Roadblock: End Of The Line PPV in December
- Lost to Nia Jax on the pre show at the Royal Rumble in 2017, but gave her her first loss on the main roster at Fastlane in February.
- Was part of a Fatal 4 Way match for the Raw Women's Title at Wrestlemania 33, but champion Bayley retained.
- Challenged Alexa Bliss at the Great Balls Of Fire PPV in July for the Raw Women's Title but lost. Became champion at Summerslam after finally beating Bliss
- Lost the title back to Bliss on Raw 8 days later
-Was the first ever entrant in the first ever Women's Royal Rumble in 2018 but didn't win (was in the rumble for 54:46)
- Was part of the first ever Women's Elimination Chamber match at the Elimination Chamber PPV. Didn't win and didn't have a match at Wrestlemania 34
- Had a strange "feud" with Bayley which resulted in brawls and therapy throughout the year. Ended up as a tag team named "The Boss 'N' Hug Connection"
- Lost a Raw Women's title match to Ronda Rousey at the Royal Rumble in 2019
- Her and Bayley won the inaugural WWE Women's Tag Team at the Elimination Chamber PPV in the chamber, retained the title at Fastlane vs Nia Jax and Tamina, but lost the titles at Wrestlemania 35 to Billie Kay and Peyton Royce
- Controversy ensued when rumors circulated that Banks wanted to leave WWE after not being happya bout dropping the tag titles so quickly. Was off TV until August when she returned to Raw and turned heel, attacking "friend" Natalya
- Lost a Raw Women's title match to Becky Lynch at the HIAC PPV in a HIAC match. Drafted to Smackdown shortly thereafter
- Was named captain of team Smackdown for Survivor Series for the women. Was the last woman eliminated, pinned by Rhea Ripley
