Always wanted to do something like this so here we go!

If this becomes very popular, I'll do it with a different wrestler weekly

We'll look at a wrestler who had a successful NXT career and see if they have succeeded or failed on the main roster of WWE

First, Kevin Owens!

NXT career highlights:

- Made his NXT debut at Takeover: R Evolution in December 2014, defeating CJ Parker and turned heel when he attacked friend Sami Zayn after Zayn won the NXT title

- Beat Zayn for the title at Takeover: Rival in February 2015

- Retained the title vs Finn Balor on the March 25 episode of NXT

- Title match vs Zayn went to a no contest at Takeover: Unstoppable on May 20. Kept the title and was confronted by a debuting Samoa Joe (fought Joe to a no contest on the June 17 NXT and had to be separated)

- Lost the NXT title to Balor on a WWE Network special, Beast In The East on July 4. Lost the rematch at Takeover: Brooklyn in a ladder match to Balor

Whew!! With Owens being on the main roster for 5 years, has he been a success or failure on the main roster? What do you think?

Yep, successful imo

hes had a hell of a career in just 5 years, especially with the way he came in and beat Cena

I forgot all about the Shane/Vince feud that they had. For them to allow him to work w/ Vince and have Vince to take a bump it lets you know that they trust him and are probably trying to make him one of the top guys in the company

I also read that they might let him start back using the package piledriver cause hes been pushing for it

Definitely a success. Plus he always has a feud w/ Sami Zayn and/or Shane McMahon to fall back on when his character gets a bit dull

Dope thread premise. Keep them coming!!!
