I guess it depends on the criteria. Kiss nice asf bar for bar, but he lacked the impact and dominance compared those 4 during that era.

Em- Cant argue his success

Lil Wayne- Revolutionized the feature and mixtape game plus the carter albums

50 Cent- Again cant argue with success and grodt plus his contribitions to the g unit tree

Ti- Did it as a relatively underground artist with im serious and then had some massive commercial success with king and paper trail. I have a hard time placing him over jeezy who had two classics in the decade but ti was the better/more relevant artist
