That was just about EVERYONE tho.

I did saw during the reaction clips I was watching...this one wyte guy breaking down Kendrick's verses. The way he was explaining things...was as if he was breaking it down in simpler terms of other wyte folks who aren't into hip hop. Like some kinda lecture. Lol!

I know. That's why I said I expected it from Drake fans. I thought Kendrick fans weren't as fanatic.

Facts.

Unfortunately Kendrick fans got caught up in the saying, “when you argue with a crazy person you can’t tell who is who.”

Number one. People dissecting bars, right or wrong, should never be annoying. This is hip hop, the hell kinda shit is that? Less we not forget that they had to start doing that in the first place because the Drake fans were initially saying Euphoria had absolutely no bars which is insane.

I refuse to allow people to try and diminish how great this exchange was. Most are doing it to slick convert Drake’s capital L on his jacket to a lower case l.

And we also need to kill the “mud slinging” narrative. All claims made on Drake hold weight because everything said about him are within reach of logic based on how he’s moved funny the last decade or so. If you have to explain away a half dozen plus questionable interactions with underage women don’t act aghast when someone ups and labels you a pedo. The label has history attached to it.

Drake’s claims on Kendrick on the other hand are literally just that. We have nothing to go off of and not even Drake has been able to prove any of it true or show his work to how he built towards that conclusion. Those two things are not the same.

lol, Kendrick fans and Drake haters are not the same. A massive amount of people were ready to dance on Drake’s grave for multiple reasons and Kendrick made it happen for them.

I saw an interview with FD Signifer (I don’t like this dude), he explained that he was a big and loud Drake hater from the start of Drake’s career. Unfortunately for him, Drake was so successful and also very very good, so as time went on he had to not be has vocal with his hate.

I am sure there are so many like him, just lurking and waiting for the right moment. Kendrick became their savior.

Oh I also agree and posted in here that some folks simply hate Drake more than they like Kendrick. So that's part of it too. It's not an all or nothing scenario. Multiple things happened from the fan side that made both fan bases look silly at some point

Dissecting bars and the shit like "Kendrick put 15 secret meanings being the title 6:16 in LA" are two different things. Saying Kendrick fans got annoying doesn't take away from Drake taking an L because that's nothing to do with the quality of the music. They're 2 different topics. But I could see how it would it make somebody feel like not even talking about it because you don't know if it's gonna be a normal discussion or somebody breaking out a white board to try and break shit down
 
Yeah...niggas got 20 layers of lyrical breakdowns for some of Kendrick's bars. It's funny to see how creative some of these are. That nigga Joe Budden said the "hey hey hey hey run for your lives" was referencing Fat Albert which was a tie-in to Bill Cosby's sex allegations and some other tie-in to 69 seconds and 69 god........lol. All I know is that this beef made me go back to Mr. Morale and the Big Steppers and listen w/ fresh ears. I already liked the album, but it definitely has gotten better with time and new info. Some things I missed or didn't really pay as much attention to before light was really shed on it.
