Shyne might be one of the biggest “what ifs” in hip hop history if you think about it. Despite the whole biggie comparison, he still pulled it off by leaning into his Caribbean roots for his singles.

I wouldnt say one of the biggest 'What Ifs'... I think he'd likely been a victIm of the Southern take over, as I dont think he'd been able to go with the flow like other bigger named artists like Jada, Jay, 50, Nas etc

All the 00s Bad Boy artists such as G Dep, Black Rob, Loon etc ended up down bad...
