Wish Cornell West had more legs.....

But im voting for Harris with a very displeased look on my face.

It's a few posts back or hell might be on this same page

But the issue with a lot of people seems to be two of them

1) single issue voting. If ______ not on the ballot or directly addressed, I'm not voting

2) a piggyback off one but if there isn't anything tangible they can personally benefit from, I'm not voting

You can't give birth so you don't give a shit about women who can

You not a first time home buyer, so you don't give a shit about other people who will be

Easiest way to win gold at the mental gymnastics
Lol men should care about it just as much as women
Condom breaks and ya'll can't get some plan b or an abortion. She got you for 18 years

I pray Kamala wins but the "told you dumb niggas so" part of me wants her to lose so I can hear you fuck niggas scream about what Trump is doing and how your state elected officials are fucking you over and over at every turn.

I especially want to go into the Police threads when the cops kill the negros that look like you dumb niggas and they walk away from any form of punishment because Trump made it law that cops can kill niggas without fear of losing their jobs.

That's really going to make my day

Kamala's a former prosecutor and state AG. She ain't finna get rid of qualified immunity. She's just as apt to strengthen it as Trump is.

Hot take

Not all prosecutors are equal

All of y'all have a basic understanding of the law. Y'all know someone has to prove someone is innocent, someone has to prove guilt

This is a very nuanced conversation but where are all the hundreds of thousands of people she locked up? I ask this in all sincerity AND what were they locked up for?

I'm all for trying to out shady folks on both sides of the law but people keep talking about she's a cop or she's ruined all these families. I just wanna see the data to support it

That talking point always been misleading. thousands of people “charged” (and not by her personally), not convicted.

Here's one from 2010.

"San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris' office violated defendants' rights by hiding damaging information about a police drug lab technician and was indifferent to demands that it account for its failings, a judge declared Thursday.

Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo stopped short of granting a request by more than 40 drug defendants that their cases be dismissed because of prosecutorial misconduct, saying that decision must be left up to the judges hearing their cases.

But in a scathing ruling, the judge concluded that prosecutors had failed to fulfill their constitutional duty to tell defense attorneys about problems surrounding Deborah Madden, the now-retired technician at the heart of the cocaine-skimming scandal that led police to shut down the drug analysis section of their crime lab...

This one is related to ^^^ that.

From the last election cycle in 2019

"Sen. Kamala Harris ignored pleas from her staff to institute a defendants’ rights policy while she served as district attorney of San Francisco, according to a new report in The Wall Street Journal.

According to the report, Harris took no action on memorandums written by her aides in 2005 proposing that her office institute a written policy for disclosing police misconduct to defendants. The disclosures, known as “Brady disclosures” after the 1963 Supreme Court case Brady v. Maryland, were opposed by police unions.

Harris ultimately enacted a Brady disclosure policy years later, but only after a 2010 scandal involving her office’s failure to disclose information to defendants led to the dismissal of 1,000 drug-related cases. Superior Court Judge Anne-Christine Massullo criticized Harris at the time for failing to “disclose information that should have been disclosed.”"

That's a start.

I think Kyle’s channel is pretty good, for those who know him.

For those who don't know or are undecided, and even those wanting to vote Trump, here’s a completely reasonable case against him going back in office to say the least. No slander, no nonsense, no self-important moot view points and no false divides.

I watched my mother (democrat) get those same ads, while my friend's (republican) son got the "warning for the future ad" as he was watching a video on YouTube.
