Why hasn't the Klan ever been brought up on RICO charges?


While that question is out there, RICO charges have historically been placed on Italian mobs, Black Panthers, Mexican Mafia, Black drug dealers, and list of other minorities. Yet in most cases white offenders usually don't get RICO or they get something lesser charged activities.
