Braxton John Foster, 19, of McCammon, was charged and arrested and with charged with felony rape
The victim told deputies that the R@PE occurred after she rejected several sexual advances and his request for her to send him nude photographs
The victim told police the R@PE happened at the Lava Hotel & Spa in Lava Hot Springs and that Foster grabbed her by the arm and forced her into a downstairs room at the business
Inside the room, Foster choked the girl as he R@PED her, despite her pleading with him to stop on numerous occasions! The victim said she was unable to move and struggled to breathe
The victim would later travel to Portneuf Medical Center where a rape kit was conducted
Braxton John Foster was released from jail on his own recognizance & didn’t have to pay any bail money
