I get what that Kenny Jones dude is saying, but be careful thinking like that. Some of these white people do that shit to bait you. They want you to wild to give them a reason to do what they want to do anyway: call the cops on you get you hemmed up or kill you.
She could have handled that 100x better, and I’m sure she would have if the parents were white, but if she lets one of those kids off into the wrong hands that would be tragic.
Plus you’ve got to hold the parent that slapped her accountable too. That wasn’t really called for.
I wonder if the ID requirement had been properly communicated and if there was a grace period and follow ups in place to make sure the parents fully understood it.
