Chick must be new to the work world or something. When you've been somewhere a while, you actually see it happen on a larger scale. Like black people will put some shit out there, and might get frowned upon at first then a few months later, you'll be in a big company meeting and some high up with will presenting something and start using that terminology that black people put out there as if it was the most natural thing in the world.
