What customer service jobs adhered to Affirmative Action. This is part of the problem with America. People are so ignorant that they hear dumb shit like this and don't know how ridiculous it is. The only sectors in which AA was even enforced were colleges/universities and Fed government jobs. Outside of that, AA quotas were not a thing. So what he's saying is BS.
