The worst part about CACs saying shit like this is that it makes it difficult for us to actually have meaningful discussions about it.
It is a reality that there is an element of community that is just cancerous, and something need to be done about that element because the people that those black people hurt the most are other black people. But nobody in the black community will have any appetite for that discussion when you got CACs trying to declare war on an element of the black community.
