Race doesn’t play a role in player selection, only performance. So it can’t be racist. They are actually asking the team to be racist against blacks by choosing an undeserving white above a deserving black man.
What is racist is the lack of black people in leadership in the NFL because that isn’t based on performance, it’s based on race. And this is exactly what this person wants to play out on the field as well.
These people are so damn stupid.
