I've been eating Martin's bread for over ten years now. I can't remember the last time I had white bread.

A lot of breads have soy in it. Even wheat breads.
Make sure to read the labels and stay soy and gluten free.

That bread is fucking fire, my only issue is the packaging. I feel like it's prone to mold quicker. I wish they would seal it in a second layer of plastic like what Pepperidge Farm and Arnold's do with their bread. Tasty bread, though. Toasted with some natural peanut butter, maaaan.
