White bread vs Wheat bread

I fuck with wheat almost excessively. Unless it's a specific sandwich/dish that requires a specific kinda of bread. And grilled cheese. ALWAYS sourdough for grilled cheese.

Both, but preferably wheat. What does brioche count as? Because if I buy bread myself I'm only buying brioche and potato bread.

I only pick between wheat and white if I'm buying a sandwich.
