Nah where everything went wrong is letting raheem think he was the leader of the crew. Everyone played a role in the crew when all should've been seen as equals and they weren't.

Raheem was the leader bruh because Q didn't step up til his death, Steel was a follower and Bishop needed the crew to feel brave. Notice that Rican didn't run up when Raheem was around.

Didn't make a difference because he would know all of them if he knew Raheem. Steel should have been the look out anyway and Bishop killed old man Quilles sp? So he couldn't tell the cops anything. Killing Raheem brought the cops right to them.
