Where does Jack Harlow rank in the white rapper hierarchy?

Jack Harlow as an artist sucks to me, but Jack as a rapper he’s pretty good at rapping (flow and bars). The content that he raps about at 30 I can’t relate to that shit but it sounds nice for the most part. To answer the question bottom half of the 20 white rappers.
 
I think yall are assuming the music @genocide_cutter is posting sounds like death metal or something. Its actually mostly bars spitting over dark hip hop beats. The animated images they portray as white boys is what makes you think the music itself is on some other shit but its not. Remember it's still underground hip hop at the end of the day. Their version just has a theme, which is horror

I remember him...

My first exposure to these white dudes was from napster. I remember discovering Necro and ill bill, who were cannibal rappers. I probably downloaded 2 or 3 of their joints for laughs but coming from northern cali i was already exposed to brotha lynch who was on cannibal time too
 
He's below Action Bronson, el-p, aesop rock, your old droog, ill bill, alchemist, ot the real, Eminem, necro, cage, Vinnie Paz, Mac Miller, RA the rugged man, evidence, brother ali, slug, battle rappers eyedea, thesaurus...

He's above Vanilla Ice. I give him that
 
I never listened to his album for no reason really.

I really liked his first popular single in 2019/2020.

He ain't no shady or Serch,but he's a cool commercial/pop/rap artist I suppose.

Russ gets a lot of hate,but he's a good artist.

El P was always dope to me too.
