Yeah I never got into Scarface but he has some songs I like and he's been around for a while.
Dude's a legend, but he's not one of my personal favorites.
I voted top 30
1 song made it past the 1st round. The rest got kicked out early. This nigga's music pales in comparison to his peers and that's just not me saying it the tournaments are proving my point. He's just a nigga that's been around mad long that niggas praise for longevity.

That's not how it was really explained but I get where you coming from. Also it wasn't all the albums believe it was only a few songs on the first one.
I think it's just a matter of personal taste, and age. If you grew up in the late 80s/early 90s you probably have a different perception of Scarface than somebody that grew up in the late 90s/early 00s.
I remember when The Geto Boys first came out and I wasn't really interested in their music. My Mind's Playin Tricks On Me was the first song by them that I really liked. But to be honest, besides Never Seen A Man Die, Smile and My Block, I don't really know much about him.
Who would be the real greats besides Big, Pac, Jay, and Nas?
