I was making a right on red on to a intersection cuz it was clear and this broad in a incoming lane decides at the same time to illegally switch lanes in the middle of the intersection and side swipes me and fucks my left side bumper all up and she gets alil scratch along her passenger side.

If you made a right turn on red, although legal where permissible..........the lady who switched lanes might've actually had the right-of-way.


Simply because, when you make a right turn on red, you still have a responsibility to yield to any oncoming traffic.


The person with the right-of-way doesn't because, well, they have the right-of-way.


Granted, it may have been bad judgment for her to switch lanes...........but it probably wasn't illegal.
 
got barely rear ended like a year ago...whole fam in the car

I slowed down at a yield sign getting ready to merge into traffic when this truck swerved from the outside lane right into mine and I had to brake....she must have gassed at the exact same time cuz it was like as soon as i touched my brake....i thought sumn was wrong with my shit at first lol

young girl got out all paranoid and embarrassed, called her dad on the phone and all....we waited like 30 mins for police in the heat

her insurance paid a little under 2k for the lil bity scratch in my back bumper....we told the shop from the jump we werent fixing that shit

Same shit happened to me in high school. Drunk Mexican dude, no english, no insurance. Offered me his wedding ring

When I finally got out to check the damage it blended in with the rest of the scars on that beater so I shrugged it off n walked away ?

I was screaming at dude and he just looked mildly irritated like he just wanted me to get what I had to say over with

His eyes were super cold like he was from Serbia or something

March 1993 in my Mustang notchback. On the Lodge freeway taking my lil sister to school downtown at Cass Tech. We were only doing like 5-10mph 'cause it was bumper to bumper, but I hit my brakes and slid right into the rear end of a Cherokee. The chick driving the Chief didn't even notice it 'cause we were going so slow but the front end of the 'Stang buckled.

Disgusted, I sold it not long after that.
