Anyone who thought this was gonna be good was smoking that sticky icky.

Most 3rd films of a trilogy are let downs, (Godfather, original TMNT, Back to the F, Alien)

Jason X
Freddy vs Jason
Wes Creaven’s New Nightmare
Any Saw after the 2nd one
Any Purge after the 1st one
Any Tremors movie after the first one
Any Transformer movie after the 2nd one
Terminator: Genesys
Superman 3
Rocky 5

Age of Ultron is a rehash of the first Avengers movies. Shit was bad enough Kevin Feige got rid of Joss Whedon. The same Whedon that carved up the original Justice League movie.

Whedon replaced the Chutari & Loki w/Ultron and his Ultron clones. Basically repeating the exact same movie except add Quicksilver & Scarlett Witch.
That’s a fair point

Yeah but it was also connecting tissue to the overall saga. It was needed. Thor meets up with Dr. Selvig and the team officially finds out about the infinity stones, the battle of Sokovia is one of the deciding factors behind the UN drafting the Sokovia Accords, and the tension between Cap and Tony and us getting Civil War and finally introducing Spiderman, the birth of Vision, which then gives birth to the Romance between Vision and Wanda. So yeah it was the connectivity of this movie that made the whole saga great. It was very much needed.
