The meaning is your why, if anything. I don't think humanity is intentional; there is no God with guiding principles. If we are here by design, it's a science/social experiment. Though I lean towards this all being happenstance. Right conditions, right time. It's our programming/conditioning that makes us believe we have a purpose.

We created an entire world full of culture that really doesn't mean anything beyond us. Ants don't give a fuck about taxes and BBQ, but we do.
