“Dry” is a little misleading considering that they’re fried in grease and are sitting in puddles of grease when you get them

When I order dry lemon pepper or garlic wings I usually get them grilled and seasoned

I do want to try some of the Nashville hot sauce. I grew up liking spicy stuff well spicy Amrit and and Mexican stuff. But I always hear about Indian and African and Caribbean food.

Nvm i just looked it up. So its just tossed in butter and the seasoning? I've had lemon pepper "wet" then. Also had buffalo wings tossed in lemon pepper.
