i feel like if black women were more comfortable truly with who they are, things like this wouldn't be an issue...

too many black women are worried about proving themselves, and while i get it, i can often see how that gets in the way of relationships......

one of the most sure fire ways to develop a strong relationship with a black woman is to convince her that you truly accept her 100% for who she is....flaws and all......but that runs into the problem cuz it's so difficult for many of them to repeatedly expose that much of themselves.

that's a hard thing to admit....so they often project and get caught up in other shit that ain't got nuffin to do with nuffin

i agree 100 with your post.

i have been arguing this point with my wifes relative.

she keeps saying how so got all this shit and dont need a man but now that she ready to date an not just get ran thru....she said she needs a guy that financially stable...but i dont see why she needs that if she got all the shit she does. she is not ok with adding a man to the mortgage but shes ok with allowing a man to pay it, husband or not.

which is crazy. but it seems like she is ok with someone paying for everything but not reciprocating because a man should want to pay for and take care of his woman while she is ok with saving her money. so she feeling real entitled but lonely and a jumpoff. all to prove she can do it but now she tired of doing it i guess.

History has taught us to never take what they do at face value. There’s always an agenda. It’s easy to prey on black society because we’re fractured.

or are we trying to hard to be the man?

everyone cant be the boss...yet every one wants to be the boss.
alot of dudes sell these ladies the dream of being a boss...then cant deliver. then ladies tend to think all niggas are like this because it seems like thats all niggas are selling....a dream they cant provide.
so the ladies begin to take shit into their own hands....and when they get a little bit of momentum...they think they are the boss until a nigga with more money and proven comes along.....then they are ok to allow or submit to dude...but that doesnt mean hes a good dude...then the lady is back in the same place.

so dudes are chasing a dream
and ladies chasing a dream.

but if we work together we can create a dream. and raise boy to men who dont have to lie and girls to women who dont have to fall for game.

but this all falls onto the men in our community.

My argument is about the why there needs to be a video out like this. What’s the point? Like there aren’t single career driven white, Asian, Latina etc women that are single but yet there is no segment about that.

true.....i was just trying to fight for nothing.

but i am sure it is but i think.....and i may be wrong. but i think those others are more likely to want to build a family and understand their role.

I know you were lol. But my thing is when it comes to them I always steer it back to them and question their motives.
