They were going that direction regardless but the absence of spacey was too much to cover up with plot armor.
Agree they should have just left it as it was and not bothered with the final season.
The fact they're still milking it is crazy.
Like they got them in France and shit. Like if it ain’t no cure for zombies what’s the point lol
People's reaction to this season is the reason I've never seen one episode of GOT til this day.
I mean 1-5 was still great. It ended the same way the books ended
I've been told that too...but what's the point in wasting time watching something people universally believe sucks?
People universally think 6-8 sucked. 1-5 was gold and really can be viewed separately
So watch part of the show then stop before the ending...or suffer through 3 bad seasons? Neither of those seems like a good option.
I routinely rewatch homeland and I refuse to watch the first 3 seasons. Any other person who rewatches it will tell you the same. Treat yourself.
It's very much watchable and the last 2 seasons are not as terrible as we like to make it out to be it just missed the landing on the finish and didn't pay off in multiple ways it could have.
It's still the best show ever made by a margin imo.
