Last question…what if Jay-Z NEVER became president of Def Jam and ended up ruining everyone’s careers except Kanye’s..
 
I remember an old Dame Dash interview where he said he had both Eminem and Nelly demos and passed on both. What if he had signed them. Wonder what the legacy of The Roc looks like in the 2000s with them two on the roster

Honestly...I think Wu Tang and Meth's solo would've still blown da fucc up regardless. They came in at the right time imo. Right at the beginning of the Golden Era of hip hop.

We may not have gotten that run we got between Enter the 36 Chambers and Wu Forever. Def Jam wanted control of all the solo albums too, so they might have slow rolled things. They kinda covered that in the show.
 
What If Lupe fiasco dropped the original version of Lasers on Atlantic?

What if Jay Electronica signed with Bad Boy and got a full roll out with Diddy to be the next Biggie?

What if Lil Wayne original Carter 3 didn't leak?

It's arguable that the Original Carter 3 was his best and most ambitious album he ever created. ( Something you forgot, Scarface, I feel like dying)

Another thing I thought of......which should've been obvious............is how many more NWA albums would we have?


And what would their 2nd album sound like?


How much different would it have sounded than Niggaz4Life?


Since Cube wrote his lyrics, how many more Eazy-E albums would we have?


What would Dre's solo albums sound like if Cube wrote them?


Would Dre have even discovered Snoop if NWA never broke up?


So many questions.................so many scenarios.
