What has 2018 taught you?

That if you don't let yourself feel pain, you don't let yourself feel happiness. If you lost someone to death and it hurts, you are blessed. Because not being capable to feel a bond strong enough to hurt over. Feels a whole lot worse than grieving.

I learned that alot of people are unhappy and don't know true happiness.
I learned alot of people really appreciate a good hearted person.
2018 taught me my dreams are not too big.
I also learned some people are so miserable , anything is a trigger if it's not a direct compliment

People want to be sick. They identify with their ailment as if it is who they are as a human. Talk about your ailment that is fine but dont BE your affliction. Once you become it only a miracle can undo it.

I've learned to empathize less. To listen less. To be accommodating less.

And go with my first thought and fuck whether other people feel a way about it.

No more gender war threads from me either.

The solution usually isn't inside yourself, it's out in the world. Thinking and reflecting can only get you so far, everything else requires you to make real moves.
