Days after I got a raise for never missing a day of work I got severely ill with some bug that made me feel like I was gonna die. No puking or nothing just high fever, headache and bad ass body pain. Chugged a bunch of Buckleys, went to bed and woke up hallucinating my cat was talking to me. I was 19.

The last time I felt like that was 10 years ago right around the time as swine flu. That time I only took motrin cuz I was laid up in bed for sure thinkin I was gonna die.

If i do get cough medicine it's almost always an expectorant tho. The faster that shit gets out the better.

I haven’t taken any kind of medication like that since I was in high school. I just drink a lot of water and sleep if it’s that bad.
