Yes, we're projecting a bit, but she wasn't as vague as you all are making it seem. She clearly states that the problem she faced was getting funding (which is a known problem for African Americans in general by the way) and that she noticed that the Somalis were having no problem getting funding. Then she said she asked how they did it. How much more information do you need? That should be good enough unless you believe there is some special way that the question needed to be asked.
At the end of the day, either you believe we should be community and black people should be open when it comes to helping other black people or you believe that people need to jump through certain hoops before they are worthy of help. Either way is fine, but if you feel the right way is the latter don't be on some pro-black shit because obstacles to getting help are the reason why our community is the way it is now.
