COMMUNITY WHAT ARE YOUR TYPICAL DAILY EATING HABITS?

What I drink? Water or coconut water.

Potatoes, grits, eggs, turkey sausage for breakfast

Watermelon, bananas, oranges.

Pizza, curry chicken, jerk chicken, rice and peas etc.
 
I dont eat red meat, and dont drink liquor, juice or soda.

I only eat chicken, fish, lamb and fruits n veggies. And salads.

I do eat protein bars and drink protein shakes to help curb my hunger cravings.

and i drink alot of water
You should try plain Greek yogurt instead of protein shakes/bars

Add some sugar if needed, to taste

16-19 grams of protein in every 2/3 cup (varies by brand)

Makes you feel somewhat full and doesn’t have all the extra BS you get in supplements
