The consistency of my batter was just all wrong...these shrimp are bussin frfr don't get it twisted...but the batter wasn't right

Yea. I tasted it and has a good flavor.

But also hit with thyme,rosemary,garlic, onion powder and that ap season and oh yea before all that I rubbed it down in peanut oil just real light though. And cut the bone off and tied it back on.
