I don't listen to much Southern Rap, but I've heard enough. But maybe I'm missing something. Realistically I'm not going to download 20 albums, so give me your top 5.

As Nasty As They Wanna Be - 2 Live Crew
Ghetto D - Master P
Trap Musik - TI
The Carter II - Lil Wayne
Thug Motivation 101 - Young Jeezy

Now that I think about it, Deeper than Rap is better than some of the albums I picked.

1. Outkast - Aquemini
2. UGK - Ridin Dirty
3. Goodie Mob - Soul Food
4. Juvenile - 400 Degreez
5. Master P - Ghetto D (P sneaks in with the impact of his movement)

Honorable Mentions: In our Lifetime (Eightball & MJG), The Diary (Scarface), and Book of Thugs (Trick Daddy Dollars)
Personal Top Favorite: When the Smoke Clears (Three Six Mafia), Shell Shocked (Mac), Ashy to Classy (Field Mob)

400 Degreez
Urban Legend
An Outkast album
Ghetto D
