At basic ass Spagetti being a top one...nah there is some great Spaghetti out there but nothing comes close to some Alfredo Fettuccine.

Also some mixed sauce Rigatoni my 2nd love.

While tagliatelle is awesome, let me tell you about this recent pasta adventure I embarked on.I stumbled upon this fantastic recipe for paccheri pasta with summer veggies not too long ago. Now, I'm no chef, but I wanted to try something different. I mean, who can resist those big, hollow tubes of paccheri just waiting to be filled with deliciousness?I found this gem of a recipe on mklibrary.com, and let me tell you, it was a game-changer. The simplicity of the instructions and the vibrant summer veggies just screamed "flavor explosion."
