-drop 25 lbs back to 180
Get back in shape.
Lose about 45-50 lbs (seriously)
Work out much more. Trying to go from 183 of bad weight to 195 of good weight
So everybody tryna lose weight. Let’s compete!
Add me to the weight list..35 pounds need to go.
Lose more body fat. Gain more muscle definition.
I need to drop a minimum of 80lbs this year.
